Jatim Park II Part I

I know, I promised to show some pics of my trip to Jatim Park II! ;)

At first, I was quite pessimistic of the place haha. Although I live in Surabaya, I have never visited Jatim Park, Batu Night Spectacular, Wisata Bahari Lamongan, you name it! So when my friends were all excited to go there, my only thought was, "Will it be sunny there?" (I have an avid fear of sun, frankly speaking :p)

This is my favorite animal so far! He looks like a ball of fur when he's lying down like that. When he exercised, I was like *____*(cuteness overload). Now you know that I have soft spots for animals :3 (the chubby ones, particularly)

I'm completely happy on how this pic turns out. The fish's vibrant colors appear stunning!

Oh right, the electric eel. They even bother to put a warning sign in front of it haha.

I set the speed too low, but I guess it wasn't that bad. It had a kind of dreamy effect, don't you think?

Funny how they put the rabbit that way!

If those crocs are human beings, they're definitely a couple gazing at a sunset together :p

This one is rather interesting. When we got there, the snake had just finished changing skin.

30 Minutes Away

Hello, everyone!

I promised myself that I'd update my blog more often, so now I'm trying to do a new post at least twice a week haha. I know in my last post I promised to show you photos of my trip to Jatim Park, but that will have to wait ;)

Feeling childlike today. I even wore socks with my heels. From afar, I looked like I was wearing a pair of white boots, but no :p

Truth is, I'm going to turn to 21 pretty soon -___- I started writing this post exactly 30 minutes before my 21st birthday, and I've got mixed feelings. 21 means I'll be graduating from English Lit major pretty soon, and that means I've gotta decide what I want to do next a.s.a.p.

I was hoping that I could continue studying Japanese, but maybe that's kind of a hopeless hope. I'm currently taking Japanese courses now, and I definitely love it. My inner otaku and gamer selves make my whole Japanese-learning experience to be extraordinarily exciting and fun. However, I'm aware that my family expects me to pursue Chinese instead, so yeah, I'm probably going to China instead. Not to mention that going to Japan will cost MUCH higher compared to going to China.  Imho, Japanese is more practical because I can read manga(s) and game(s) without waiting for their translations haha. I'm such a simple-minded person!;)

Ah sorry, I ended up ranting! >__<

Tretes Mountain Trip!

This is probably my first time EVER posting a new post just few days after the last one haha. Maybe it's a positive sign that my laziness has left me? Wait, I actually made it look like I didn't take any part in the blame :p

A while ago, my friends and I went for a trip to Tretes and Batu. The good thing is my grandpa owned an old villa in Tretes. Although personally for me the villa is a wreckage, it's still a proper shelter anyway;)

We started our trip by having our lunch at Ayam Sri, famous for its fried chicken. The fried chicken doesn't look like your normal fried chicken. In fact, if you look at it, you probably think that it's grilled instead of fried. But of course, never judge a fried chicken from its presentation :p

The Distant World

Hello everyone! :D
Sorry for being totally missing during these few weeks (or has it been a month?).  I actually wore some outfits expecting to do outfit posts, but at the end of the day, I always ended up too shy to take photos outside haha

Have you watched Total Recall?
If you haven't, you totally should. A must if you're a fan of Collin Farrel (I am!). However, story-wise, I expected more. I mean, the sci-fi background is visionary and such, but the main story isn't that good.

Anyway, I wore this outfit some weeks ago, but since I wasn't able to take a pic back then, today was perfect. I thought of this look when I bought the crochet shorts. Some months ago, I purchased the mint (or apple green?) chiffon blouse from Romwe. I definitely like it, but I had difficulties in choosing the right bottom. Maybe it's time to throw my whole wardrobe -___- thank goodness I found the crochet shorts!
 

Oh right, I had my hair cut some weeks ago! ;) it feels A LOT lighter compared to my super long hair. I kinda look younger too at the same time, so no regret :p

Oh, and the Romwe blouse is awesome in many ways. It's one of my first purchases at Romwe, and I must say that I love it. The fabric is perfect!

On another note, did you know that Final Fantasy Distant World will finally have their concert in Malaysia in November? I want to go sooooo bad. I think there's no way the orchestra will come to Indonesia, so my best chance is Malaysia. If you're a fan of Final Fantasy and its music, you will enjoy this concert. To know more, click here
